"CELEBRATION OF GIVING"
Kids Tennis Foundation was again very fortunate to be a beneficiary of the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation (LMCF) this year, recently receiving a much-needed funding boost of $30,000. This was presented to KTF at the annual “Celebration of Giving”, a special event hosted at the Melbourne Town Hall in October.
Kids Tennis Foundation is thrilled that the importance of its work has been recognised through being awarded this grant once again. Each year the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation supports more than 400 health and human care organisations delivering critical community support, including organisations dealing with homelessness and drug addiction, public hospitals, services for the disabled, aged, young people and families. Kids Tennis Foundation would like to sincerely thank the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation for this recognition and generosity.
"AUSTRALIAN OPEN CHARITY DAY"
The Tennis Australia Charitable Fund has once again nominated Kids Tennis Foundation as one of their official charity partners for Australian Open 2010. Charity Day will be held on Sunday 24th January 2010. You can help raise money simply by depositing your ticket stub into specially marked bins around Melbourne Park on this day so keep an eye out for them! Kids Tennis Foundation is absolutely thrilled and delighted to be recognised by Tennis Australia in this way.
